Ages 4-5: Movement Foundations
At ages 4 and 5, training is movement, not workouts. Short, structured sessions built around play teach young athletes how to run, jump, balance, stop, and start, and how to love being on the field.

What training focuses on at this stage
Running, jumping, skipping, and balance
Starting, stopping, and changing direction safely
Listening, taking turns, and following a coach
Sports and game play
Fun fitness challenges
Age-appropriate conditioning

How these athletes train at Tenacity
Private Training; Homeschool Fitness (Step Up For Students approved).

Group clinics are typically listed for ages 6 and up. For our youngest athletes, the best first step is a conversation. Tell us about your child and we'll recommend the right starting point.
