Youth Photo & Video Consent
Participation and media permission are separate decisions. Families may say yes, say no, limit use, or change future permission.
What may be captured
With guardian permission, Tenacity may capture training or game photographs, coaching video, slow-motion mechanics footage, joint-position overlays, report images, team or clinic media, and progress comparisons.
Private analysis is different from public marketing
Video required to deliver a requested mechanics analysis may be stored in the athlete’s protected record. Public website, advertising, social media, or promotional use requires the applicable guardian permission. A private report is not automatically a public testimonial.
Available choices

Approve private coaching and analysis use only.

Approve selected team or clinic galleries shared with verified families.

Approve identified or unidentified promotional use as specifically described.

Decline photography and video whenever recording is not required for the purchased service.
Names and performance information
Tenacity will not publicly pair a minor’s full name with age, performance statistics, report, or identifiable media without appropriate, specific authorization. Public sample reports should be anonymized.
Changing permission
A guardian may revoke future use by emailing coach@tenacitysp.com. Tenacity will stop new use after processing the request and will make reasonable efforts to remove media controlled by Tenacity. Revocation cannot always retrieve material already printed, shared, or lawfully used before the change.
No effect on placement
Declining optional promotional media does not prevent an athlete from participating. When video is essential to a purchased analysis, Tenacity will explain the required private capture and storage before the service is completed.
