Terms of Service
These terms explain how registration, placement, payment, participation, communication, and website use work at Tenacity Sports Performance.
Guardian authority and accurate information
The person registering a minor represents that they are the athlete’s parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to complete registration. Families agree to provide accurate contact, age-group, scheduling, and participation information and to update Tenacity when something changes.
Two registration paths
Published clinics, Combine Preparation, Runner Analysis, and standard groups may use direct registration, subject to remaining capacity and completed payment. Private, Small-Group, Sport-Specific, Adaptive, Team, and athlete-specific services require coach review before placement. An intake submission alone does not guarantee a roster spot.
Payment and confirmation
A registration becomes final only after Tenacity confirms the athlete’s placement, schedule, location, required forms, and payment. Prices, inclusions, and service-specific cancellation terms are shown before payment. Families should retain the confirmation for their records.
Participation and safety
A completed participation agreement and waiver are required before training. Families must disclose information reasonably necessary for safe participation directly to Coach Rob through an appropriate private channel—not in the general website notes field. Tenacity may modify or stop an activity when safety, weather, field conditions, behavior, or athlete readiness requires it.
Conduct
Athletes and adults are expected to follow coach instructions, respect participants and facilities, and support a safe training environment. Tenacity may remove a participant for unsafe, threatening, repeatedly disruptive, or abusive behavior. Any financial outcome will be handled under the applicable registration and cancellation terms.
Step Up For Students
Tenacity is an approved provider for eligible services. Approval does not guarantee that a particular purchase will be reimbursed. Families remain responsible for confirming scholarship eligibility, documentation requirements, available funds, and reimbursement rules directly with Step Up For Students.
Media and athlete records
Media permission is separate from participation. Declining photo or video use does not disqualify an athlete from training. Athlete reports, statistics, and approved media are not made public without appropriate authorization and access controls.
Website and materials
Tenacity names, logos, reports, training plans, written materials, downloads, and original content may not be copied, resold, or represented as another provider’s work except as allowed by written permission or applicable law.
