Privacy Policy
Tenacity works with youth athletes. Parent trust, limited data collection, and clear control over youth information are part of the service—not an afterthought.
Information we collect
Tenacity may collect a parent or guardian’s name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, an athlete’s first name, age group, sport, training goal, scheduling information, registration selections, attendance, coach notes, performance records, and media-consent choices. Payment information is handled through the secure payment provider shown at checkout; Tenacity does not ask families to place card information in the athlete intake form.
How information is used
Information is used to recommend appropriate training, place athletes in suitable groups, manage schedules and attendance, communicate weather or session changes, process registrations, deliver approved reports or media, respond to questions, maintain safety records, and improve Tenacity services.
Youth information
Website forms are intended for a parent or legal guardian. Tenacity does not knowingly request direct form submissions from children under 13. Public-facing examples do not identify a minor by full name or expose a private athlete record. Detailed performance information, reports, and youth media belong behind verified access controls.
Sharing and service providers
Tenacity may share only the information required with providers that support registration, payment, scheduling, communications, website hosting, file storage, or Step Up documentation. Tenacity does not sell youth or family personal information.
Media and consent
Photo or video use requires a separate consent decision. Choosing “open to approved use” on an intake form records a preference only; it does not replace the complete media authorization. Guardians may decline media use or revoke future use by contacting Tenacity.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting, safety, legal, or program administration purposes. Tenacity uses access controls and service providers designed to protect stored information, but no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
A parent or guardian may request access, correction, deletion, or a change to communication and media preferences by contacting coach@tenacitysp.com or calling 904-494-8384. Certain records may be retained when required for payment, safety, legal, or accounting obligations.
