WHY FAMILIES CHOOSE TENACITY

01

Purposeful PE

More than free play or recreational games. Every class has a purpose and is designed to develop movement skills, coordination, fitness, and physical confidence.

02

Athletic Foundations

Students work on speed, balance, footwork, reaction, coordination, body control, and other movement skills that create a strong athletic foundation.

03

Confidence & Social Growth

Small-group classes give students opportunities to communicate, work together, compete, encourage one another, and develop confidence in a positive environment.

04

Coach-Led Instruction

Every session is planned and coached with intent. Students aren't simply given activities to keep them busy—they are taught how to move, improve, and progress.

Coordination & Movement SkillsClasses develop balance, coordination, footwork, body control, reaction, and basic locomotor skills.

Speed & Agility FundamentalsStudents learn proper running, acceleration, change-of-direction, and agility techniques through structured drills and activities.

Athletic Games & ChallengesGames, relays, team challenges, and sport-based activities give students an opportunity to apply what they are learning.

Cool Down & Coaching

Sessions finish with a short cool down, coaching feedback, and reinforcement of the skills and concepts covered that day.

The goal is to give homeschool students a real physical education experience while keeping classes active, challenging, social, and fun.
